Drive Me Nuts! John Morley Reveals New Range of Car Snacks
John Morley today unveiled its new range of fun, flavoursome, and healthy snacks specifically designed for motorists to consume in the car.
Drive Me Nuts sits securely in existing drinks holders, offering drivers a convenient and wholesome opportunity to eat on the go.
The leading fruit, nuts, seeds, and natural ingredients expert, which supplies some of the nation’s leading brands, has developed four distinct Drive Me Nuts ranges, unveiled at the Food and Drink Expo at Birmingham’s NEC from April 16-18.
Customers can enjoy a nutty range and a seed-based range, formulated by John Morley’s own in-house nutritionists, as well as an indulgence range – yes, that’s the one with the chocolate – and a final concoction including elements of the other three. All will include irresistible ingredients and much-loved flavours.
“Drive Me Nuts is a very simple idea that can make a world of difference,” says John Morley managing director Simon Brown.
“People these days will often drive through mealtimes and Drive Me Nuts gives them the option of enjoying a healthy snack on the go.
“Using their vehicle’s cupholder as a receptacle for Drive Me Nuts makes perfect sense. It means the snack is secure and easily accessible.”
Drive Me Nuts will be on sale at service stations and stores in general, allowing motorists to fill up as they go. The lid is replaceable, with each pot containing a 100g serving.
“Grab on the go is all part of 21st century living,” notes Simon, “and this is a 21st century product that will allow thousands of motorists to fill themselves up as well as their cars. No driver should be going hungry when there is such an easy solution.”
In keeping with John Morley’s high standards, Drive Me Nuts will be a visually pleasing product both inside and out.
It will be produced as a shelf-ready product at the company’s Congleton, Cheshire, HQ, and reflect an overall trend away from added sugar in products. The health factor is never far away with John Morley.
“All too often in the past,” says Simon, “eating on the go has meant grabbing bars of chocolate.
“But people are much more aware of healthy eating these days, and particularly of added sugar. Our fruits offer a real healthy alternative.
“We are also seeing increasingly that people want small servings, individual portions for those on the road, and that’s what we’re giving them.”
Will John Morley’s new product drive you nuts? There’s only one way to find out.
