We've been producing mincemeat at our Cheshire site for over 30 years, and in early preparation for
Christmas demand we start our production run in spring each year, giving the mincemeat time to mature
and absorb the many different fruit, citrus and spice flavours that go into our unique blends.
We make a wide range of different mincemeats, including 'Extra Fruity' varieties which include cranberries, pecans and walnuts.
Naturally, we will be happy to produce individual recipes in accordance with your precise requirements.
